Will it fit
- Footprint
- 81" W x 54" D x 80" H
- Placement
- Indoor
- Plug-in or 240 V
- 240 V: needs a dedicated 240 V circuit, typically installed by an electrician.
- Circuit
- 240V, dedicated 30amp breaker, 10/2 wire, as the maker publishes it.The maker publishes a 30 amp circuit. Sized from the 6 kW heater by the 125 percent continuous load rule, the minimum is 35 amps on 8 AWG copper. NEC 422 gives the rating marked on a listed appliance authority over that calculation, so both figures can be right; your electrician decides which applies to your run.Check it on the calculator.
Key facts
- Running cost
- About $1.10 per one-hour session: a 6 kW heater at the US average residential rate of 18.31 cents per kWh (EIA, July 2026).
