The headline numbers

As of October 18, 2026, the median verified price across 351 home sauna models is $6,249. The middle half of the market sells between $3,899 and $8,599, with verified listings running from $1,499 at the entry level to $55,990 at the top. These figures may be quoted with attribution to SaunaCosts; each number links back to the model listings behind it through the catalog.

Those are market figures. What one model costs at different sellers is measured separately: across the 190 models with 3 or more verified sellers, the median gap between the cheapest and most expensive seller is 12.0 percent, and the model by model table is on the dealer price spread report.

Where the market sits by budget

Prices come from retail listings that pass the catalog's verification: whitelisted or partner sellers only, matched to the exact model, accessories and lookalike variants excluded, with the median of verified listings representing each model.
